<li>This class is not <em>really</em> a vocab class, but it's important you start the vocab mountain and stick with it. Vocab is <strong><u>crucial</u></strong> to TC and SE success.</li>

<li><strong>LOGIC HOMEWORK</strong>: Below you will find seven text completion questions. Attack them using the method we talked about in class:
<ul>
<li>Cover the answers</li>
<li>Identify whether the blank is part of an idea that is being supported or contrasted.</li>
<li>Focus on the idea WITHOUT the blank.</li>
<li>Ask yourself "Is it good?" or "Is it bad?"</li>
<li>Guess a word in the idea with the blank so that the entire sentence makes sense logically.</li>
<li>Go to the answer choices.</li>
<li>If only one word matches your connotation, choose it.</li>
<li>If multiple words match the connotation, eliminate the non-matches.</li>
